Baldev

Baldev (Dauji) is a famous pilgrimage place near Mathura, dedicated to Lord Balarama, the elder brother of Shri Krishna. The main temple here is known as Dauji Mandir, which houses the beautiful deity of Balarama along with Revati Ji. This temple is more than 500 years old and holds great significance in Braj. Every year, thousands of devotees visit Baldev, especially during Holi celebrations, when the temple is famous for its traditional Huranga festival, where colours and devotion fill the air.
